Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Fair!

Below is a link to our application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.

Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we do not offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling/promoting similar or the same items/products.

Unfortunately, we receive more applications than we can accommodate and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

Returning Vendors

Returning vendor you should have received an email with instructions on how to register for this year using our Event Hub portal. Payment will be due upon approval of your application. We cant wait to have you back!

New vendors may submit an application using the instructions and live link below through our Event Hub portal. Please reach out if you have any questions or troubles along the way! Payment will be due upon approval of your application.

Please keep in mind that we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your item list/ menu including pricing is required and pictures of your booth are preferred. Applications that are received without an item list/menu including pricing will not be processed/approved. If we do not receive your application prior to August 1st we cannot guarantee you a space at this year’s Fair. To apply to be a vendor at our fair this year, follow these steps:

Click this link to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub: https://eventhub.net/events/Palouse-Empire-Fair-20...

Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
At checkout, you will be able to purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and lastly the payment method options include: credit/debit card, cash, or check that will be mailed in after your application has been approved.
Submit your order! We will let you know once your application has been approved!

Food Concessionaires

A business that prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public.
4-day booth space $125
18% of gross sales after sales taxes (7.9%)
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included

A group or organization that prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public to raise money.
4-day non-profit booth space $125
10% of gross sales after sales taxes (7.9%)

The (3) permanent food booth buildings that sell ready-to-eat food to the public.
Utility fee $150
Concession fee based on attendance.

Any person(s) or business providing goods or services for sale, rent, or lease of those goods or services to the public.
Single outdoor vendor booth (10' x 10') $125

Large outdoor lawn space for booth $350
