ANIMAL Entries OPEN from May 1st - August 1st


All Animal entries are due by 5:00 pm on August 1, 2024.

Entries received after entry deadline, will be placed on a waiting list and only entered upon Superintendent approval and if space is available.

still life Entries OPEN from july 1st - september 4th


All Still Life entries are due by 5:00 pm on September 4, 2024.

Drop off items will be August 24th-30th, 3:00pm-6:00pm at the fairgrounds for
Photography, Home Arts, Hobby , Quilting, Etc.
Drop off items will be September 3rd, 3:00pm-8:00pm at the fairgrounds for
Florals, Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Baked Goods, Etc.

Market Animals Exhibitors

BARN SCALE HOURS

  • Swine Scale: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Beef Scale: 1:00 to 6:30 PM
  • Sheep Scale: 1:00 to 7:00 PM
  • Goat Scale: 1:00 to 7:00 PM

REQUIRED

Whitman County Quality Assurance Program or Youth for the Quality Care of Animals Program (YQCA), as certified by a registered Whitman County Quality Assurance Instructor, and who submit a record of health at weigh-in time.

As a reminder, YQCA or Quality Assurance and completed animal health records are required and due as your animal crosses the scale.
